About the Role
As the Vice President, Middle Office Manager at BNY, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations in the Order Management Platform, focusing on transaction research, reconciliations, client inquiries, and issue resolution for complex client portfolios. Your responsibilities will include managing team performance, setting priorities, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in alignment with departmental policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder relationships, meeting requirements, and providing input to Unit Managers. Additionally, you will support the onboarding of new clients/portfolios by evaluating requirements, allocating them across teams, and guiding implementation in straightforward scenarios.
