About the Role

As the Vice President, Middle Office Manager at BNY, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations in the Order Management Platform, focusing on transaction research, reconciliations, client inquiries, and issue resolution for complex client portfolios. Your responsibilities will include managing team performance, setting priorities, and ensuring accurate record-keeping in alignment with departmental policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client and internal stakeholder relationships, meeting requirements, and providing input to Unit Managers. Additionally, you will support the onboarding of new clients/portfolios by evaluating requirements, allocating them across teams, and guiding implementation in straightforward scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee day-to-day Operations in the Order Management Platform, including transaction research, reconciliations, client inquiries, and issue resolution for complex client portfolios.

  • • Manage team performance, set priorities, and ensure accurate record-keeping in line with departmental policies and procedures.

  • • Maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring requirements are met and providing input to Unit Managers.

  • • Support onboarding of new clients/portfolios by evaluating requirements, allocating them across teams, and guiding implementation in straightforward scenarios.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Expertise in Bloomberg AIM Order Management Platform or BRS Aladdin Reconciliation Domain Consultant, including platform configuration, reconciliation processes, and strong technical acumen in supporting and optimizing order management workflows.

  • • Experience in implementation and workflow design within the Bloomberg AIM Order Management or BRS Aladdin Platform, with specialization in the reconciliation domain.

  • • 14+ years of total work experience, with a strong consulting background.

  • • Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
