Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refund reviews work for HireIQ paid plans.
Subscriptions
HireIQ subscriptions can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Refund Window
If you were charged in error or cannot access the paid product after payment, contact hi@hireiqpro.com within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay.
Non-Refundable Usage
Completed AI-agent work, downloaded outputs, consumed credits, and custom advisory work are not refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
Cancellation Processing
Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund reviews usually require the payment email, plan name, charge date, and Razorpay payment reference.
