Terms of Service
Welcome to HireIQ. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HireIQ AI career intelligence platform operated by Talpro India Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HireIQ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — individuals and organizations accessing our AI career intelligence services.
2. Description of Service
HireIQ provides an AI-powered career intelligence platform featuring 18 specialized AI agents that assist with career strategy, resume optimization, salary benchmarking, interview preparation, job discovery, professional branding, and related career services. Our agents include HELIX (Career DNA), CVPRO (Resume), SAGE (Salary), SPAR (Interview), HUNTER (Job Discovery), and others described on our platform.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use HireIQ. One person or organization per account — shared accounts are not permitted.
4. Subscription & Payments
HireIQ offers paid subscription plans: Professional (₹2,999/month), Executive (₹4,999/month), and CXO (₹9,999/month). All plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase, subject to our refund policy. Token packs are non-refundable once consumed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms; share account credentials or resell access; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform; interfere with Platform operations or infrastructure; use the Platform to harm, harass, or discriminate against others.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create using HireIQ (optimized resumes, career plans, negotiation scripts) belongs to you. The Platform itself — including AI models, algorithms, design, and code — is our intellectual property protected by applicable laws. You grant us a limited license to process your data for providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your career data or documents.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
HireIQ's AI agents provide intelligent recommendations, not guarantees. Career outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control — market conditions, interviewer preferences, company policies, etc. AI-generated salary benchmarks are estimates based on available data. AI-generated interview preparation and negotiation scripts are guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all AI-generated content before use.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HireIQ, you consent to the data practices described therein. In Confidential Mode, additional privacy protections apply — your data is isolated and never shared without explicit consent. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and applicable international data protection laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireIQ's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; lost profits or lost opportunities; decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations; third-party service outages (payment processors, AI providers).
10. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for our core services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Current service status is available at our Status page.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination: your subscription ends at the current billing period; you may export your data within 30 days; after 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you may terminate your account.
