About the Role
As a seasoned and dynamic Vice President Business Head in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) vertical for a leading organization in the QA & Testing services space, your role involves strategic leadership with end-to-end ownership of P&L, business growth, customer relationships, and delivery excellence. You will drive market expansion across the Indian BFSI landscape while ensuring high-quality QA delivery across engagements.
Key Responsibilities: - Business & P&L Leadership: - Own and drive full P&L responsibility for the BFSI vertical. - Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share across Banking & Insurance segments. - Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on QA transformation and digital quality engineering.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account mining.
- Lead large deal pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
- Build scalable delivery models for manual testing, automation, performance, and digital QA.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency in QA processes.
- Lead and mentor a large, multi-layered delivery and business team.
- Build leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capability in BFSI QA.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Track BFSI trends (digital banking, fintech, regulatory changes) and align service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service portfolio and go-to-market strategy.
Key Requirements: - 1825 years of experience in IT services, with strong exposure to QA & Testing delivery.
