As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Business Head at a diversified enterprise operating across multiple business verticals including FMCG, Engineering, and Service divisions, your role will involve providing overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership. You will work closely with the Board / Chairman level leadership to drive business scale, profitability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the organization's 3-5 year growth strategy across all business divisions. - Identify opportunities for investment, expansion, consolidation, and business exits where required.
• Align annual operating plans with the long-term strategic vision of the enterprise.
