About the Role

As the Vice President of FP&A; & Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role within the CFO's office, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer in Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on spearheading the company's capital markets strategy, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and managing all aspects of investor relations. This dynamic position will involve moderate domestic and international travel, including leading investor roadshows, attending conferences, and facilitating deal meetings to drive the company's financial and strategic objectives.

  • • Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: - Own annual budgeting, reforecasting, and rolling forecast cycles - Collaborate with HODs to build and validate driver-based budgets - Monitor actuals vs budget and implement corrective actions

    • - Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis

  • • Management Reporting, Decision Support Analytics, and MIS: - Manage monthly MIS and develop management dashboards

    • - Translate data into actionable insights
    - Perform in-depth profitability and cost analysis

  • • Fundraising & Capital Raising: - Oversee end-to-end capital raising activities across equity, debt, and hybrid

    • - Establish and nurture investor relationships, managing the investor pipeline
    - Utilize CRM and deal pipeline for fundraising tracking
    - Create and manage virtual data rooms for due diligence
    - Collaborate with legal counsel on term sheets and investment agreements

  • • Investor Relations & Storytelling: - Develop and refine the company's investment thesis and equity story

    • - Prepare and update investor decks, summaries, and related materials
    - Plan and execute domestic and international investor roadshows
    - Produce and distribute quarterly investor updates and KPI dashboards

  • • Digital Transformation & Process Improvement: - Drive digital transformation of departmental processes to enhance efficiency, TAT, quality, and business impact

  • • Cross-Functional Coordination: - Serve as the focal point for all capital markets activities

    • - Monitor and report on financial covenants and compliance requirements
    - Support board-level actions related to capital raises and ESOP
    - Recruit, mentor, and develop the Capital Markets & IR team

  • • Strategic & Ad-hoc Projects: - Implement strategic initiatives led by SVP

    • - Assist in business cases and investment evaluations
    - Manage complex analyses to completion

  • • Team Leadership: - Guide and mentor the team

    • - Establish quality benchmarks and deepen financial expertise
