About the Role

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for leading third-party vendor evaluation and onboarding activities related to supply operations inventory and distribution at External Service Provider. This includes ensuring timely supplies as part of Biweekly and Quarterly governance calls. Additionally, you will support SLA creation activities by finalizing assumptions in coordination with MAP lead and preparing proposal decks.

Your key responsibilities will also involve executing Global Cohort / PSDS Programs in collaboration with Global MAP leads and ESP. This will entail carrying out labeling, packaging, storage, and distribution based on the demand from participating countries. You will lead monthly meetings with MAP leads, GCS, and OMA to provide project status updates and archive monthly slides accordingly.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in training and supporting the onboarding of newly joined associates. You will work closely with various stakeholders from different functions such as Supply Support Team members, CPO DRA, CPO demand planning, and more. Collaboration with Project Lead and Life Cycle Manager will be essential in this role.

In terms of data management, you will lead data collection and reporting of KPIs. It is crucial to ensure that specific Global DI foundational training and GxP onboarding training are included in associate onboarding within their respective functions. You will also support the DI lead in facilitating discussions to raise awareness and identify best practices/concerns regarding DI.

Your role will require proactive reporting of deviations through timely escalations and the implementation of continuous process improvement projects to enhance quality and productivity. Keeping the service dashboard and order management framework updated is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, leading investigations for any deviations related to projects and supporting change management in case of process changes will be key tasks.
