Product Design (User Experience)

Job Summary ---------------

As a Principal UX Designer in our India R.D Center, you will drive the design excellence for our global B2B product suites. You will be responsible for moving beyond feature-based design to architecting systemic solutions for complex, high-scale enterprise environments. You will work as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering heads to define the long-term user experience roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Product Strategy: Lead the UX vision for complex enterprise workflows, ensuring high-density data is manageable and actionable for expert users.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the user journey - from deep discovery and requirement gathering to high-fidelity implementation and post-launch iteration.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Navigate a global stakeholder environment, effectively communicating design rationale to leadership in both India and International offices.

• Ecosystem Thinking: Oversee the evolution of our Design System to ensure modularity and accessibility across various B2B modules.

• Mentorship: Lead 'Critique' sessions and mentor senior designers, elevating the craft and design thinking maturity across the India team.

**Qualifications
Required Qualifications**

---

• 10. years of experience in Product Design, with a proven track record in enterprise or data-heavy products.

• A mandatory portfolio with at least one comprehensive end-to-end use case showcasing B2B product problem-solving, including evidence of problem identification, user research, journey mapping, iterative wireframing, and final measurable impact.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, strong empathy for users, and commitment to being their advocate.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma/Sketch, including advanced prototyping, variables, and auto-layout.

• UX/HCI Degree or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading the design process by leveraging advanced generative AI tools to explore a wide breadth of concepts rapidly and visualize intuitive charts and tables for massive datasets.

• Ability to distill abstract technical concepts like AI-driven insights or network security into clear, actionable interfaces.

• Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML/CSS/React capabilities).

• Understanding of how to break down the North Star design concepts into iterative sprints.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Growth mindset with a willingness to fail fast, learn, and constantly seek and provide constructive feedback.
