About the Role

Role Overview:
Join us as a Solution Designer and take on a varied role where you will own the end-to-end high-level business design for a project, program, or initiative. You will work with a range of stakeholders to identify investment priorities, define opportunities, and shape journeys to meet strategic goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the business and gain exposure across the bank at the vice president level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Engage with relevant stakeholders as a single point of contact for design aspects

  • • Represent the design function at governance forums and collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure adherence to standards and principles

  • • Analyze requirements into coherent end-to-end designs, considering business architecture

  • • Translate requirements into transition state designs and an executable roadmap

  • • Deliver cost-effective designs aligning with business or IT architecture

  • • Document relevant design following standard methods

  • • Ensure solution design aligns with the portfolio or enterprise architecture target state
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Background in solution design and experience using industry standard models and tools

  • • Strong communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams

  • • Knowledge of technical domain and understanding of key elements

  • • Broad understanding of the financial services environment and regulatory frameworks
