About the Role

As the Vice President - Finance & Accounts in the Real Estate industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization. Your extensive experience of 16-20 years in finance and accounts will be instrumental in driving the financial strategy and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets. - Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial analysis.

  • • Monitor and analyze financial performance and key metrics.

    • Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

  • • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting.

  • • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
