- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging technology and best practices.
- Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap, including technology evaluation and process re-engineering.
- Champion the implementation of a global payroll platform or optimize the current multi-vendor landscape.
- Manage change management processes to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory regulations for India payroll and oversee compliance for other countries.
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely remediation of findings.
- Implement strong controls and a proactive risk assessment process to mitigate payroll-related risks.
- Manage relationships with global payroll vendors, ensuring performance, accuracy, and cost accountability.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll issues and provide clear communication to senior leadership.
