About the Role

As a Vice President (VP) Sales & Business Growth at CrediIndia, you will play a crucial role in leading the revenue and expansion strategy of the organization. Your responsibilities will include managing sales operations, achieving monthly revenue targets, building and overseeing sales teams, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring aggressive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead and manage complete sales operations including telecalling, field sales, and channel sales.

  • • Achieve monthly revenue and disbursement targets.

  • • Hire, train, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Telecallers, and Sales Executives.

  • • Develop partnerships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and financial institutions.

  • • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

  • • Improve lead quality, customer journey, and conversion ratio.

  • • Create SOPs, reporting systems, and performance tracking mechanisms.

  • • Handle high-value client relationships and escalations.
  • Qualification Required:

  • • Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred).

  • • Minimum 7+ years experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services.

  • • Minimum 3+ years experience in a leadership/managerial role.

  • • Experience in secured and unsecured loan products preferred.
