As the Finance Operations Lead, your role is to oversee and manage day-to-day finance operations to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the organization. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and managing core finance operations such as billing, collections, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations.• Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.• Reviewing and validating GL entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.• Supervising and mentoring finance team members to promote skill development and efficiency.• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving financial processes and internal controls for enhanced accuracy and scalability.• Preparing and reviewing internal financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support decision-making.• Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies for smooth coordination and compliance.• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.• Identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation within finance operations.Qualifications Required:
• CA qualification is mandatory.• 15+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Ind AS), financial systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP HANA).• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• High attention to detail and accuracy.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
