About the Role

As the Finance Operations Lead, your role is to oversee and manage day-to-day finance operations to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency across the organization. Your responsibilities include:

  • • Leading and managing core finance operations such as billing, collections, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger accounting, and reconciliations.

  • • Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

  • • Reviewing and validating GL entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.

  • • Supervising and mentoring finance team members to promote skill development and efficiency.

  • • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving financial processes and internal controls for enhanced accuracy and scalability.

  • • Preparing and reviewing internal financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support decision-making.

  • • Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies for smooth coordination and compliance.

  • • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.

  • • Identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation within finance operations.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • CA qualification is mandatory.

  • • 15+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Ind AS), financial systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP HANA).

  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
