Why This Role Exists

Innovapptive serves 59 enterprise customers (54 active) across energy, manufacturing, and utilities. The SRE function is fragmented: 4 SaaSOps engineers manage 45 environments, Support operates 24x5, QA has a single automation engineer, and there is zero security engineering. As iMaintenance scales to production, SRE grows from 14 to 25.. This role architects the automation strategy that determines whether we hire 15 or 25.
