About the Role

As an Account Manager/Senior Manager in Cybersecurity Sales at Secure Network Solutions India Private Limited, your role will involve proactively identifying cybersecurity sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as new accounts. You will be responsible for promoting the cybersecurity proposition to drive new cross-sell activities. Your key responsibilities will include owning, developing, and executing all areas of the sales cycle for cybersecurity opportunities. It is essential for you to be accountable for revenues, margins, and ensuring 100% on-time collections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Proactively identify cybersecurity sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.

  • • Promote the cybersecurity proposition to drive new cross-sell activities.

  • • Own, develop, and execute all areas of the sales cycle for cybersecurity opportunities.

  • • Be accountable for revenues, margins, and ensuring 100% on-time collections.
  • Must-Have Skills:

  • • Understanding of IT products and services such as hardware, software, networking, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data management.

  • • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data.

  • • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Qualification Required:

  • • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree or MBA can be beneficial.
  • Candidate Fit:

  • • Ideal candidates should have experience in IT cybersecurity solution & service sales.

  • • Other IT sales experience like IT services, IT solutions, or IT products will also be considered.

  • • Direct contact with IT heads, CIO, CTO, IT Managers is a must.

  • • Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security technologies is required.

  • • Direct End-Customer product, solution & service selling experience to Corporate Customers is preferred.

  • • Candidates with only international sales & customer management experience should be avoided.

  • • Positions are open to both male & female candidates.
  • The target start date for this role is immediate with a 30-day notice period being acceptable. The interview process will consist of 2-3 rounds, both online and in-person.
