Role Overview:
As the Vice President of IT, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the IT landscape, including infrastructure, applications, data management, cybersecurity, and information security. Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.• 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.• Proven experience managing IT teams, preferably in a global or distributed environment.• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, industry-specific compliance).• Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is highly desirable.• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and implement best practices.
