About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Vice President of IT, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the IT landscape, including infrastructure, applications, data management, cybersecurity, and information security. Your role will involve driving operational improvements, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of technological excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of systems and services.

  • • Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and data centers.

  • • Manage a global team of helpdesk technicians and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.

  • • Ensure the effective functioning, maintenance, and support of all business-critical applications.

  • • Oversee data governance, data quality, and data security initiatives to ensure the integrity and availability of information assets.

  • • Develop, implement, and enforce robust cybersecurity and information security policies, procedures, and controls to protect organizational assets from threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

  • • Lead, mentor, and develop India and US based IT teams, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous learning.

  • • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

  • • Manage the IT operational budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

  • • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and technological enhancements within IT operations.

  • • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives.

  • • Provide operational IT support and infrastructure stability for development and testing environments, ensuring a reliable platform for innovation initiatives.
  • Qualifications:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • • 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

  • • Proven experience managing IT teams, preferably in a global or distributed environment.

  • • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.

  • • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, industry-specific compliance).

  • • Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is highly desirable.

  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
