About the Role

As Vice President, Program Management for Supply Chain Organization at Citi, your role involves leading and managing the day-to-day execution of milestones and budgets for one or more projects. Your responsibilities include:

  • • Assessing the creation of project plans, charters, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central project issue logs

  • • Collaborating with the Project Sponsor to ensure alignment of the business case with objectives and validating that project plans meet business needs as outlined in project initiation documents

  • • Identifying all stakeholders and involving them in scope definition activities, ensuring comprehension of project schedule and key milestones

  • • Escalating project risks to the Project Director or Project Sponsor when necessary

  • • Monitoring vendor performance and taking actions if performance requires intervention

  • • Providing sophisticated analysis and innovative solutions, influencing strategic functional decisions, and acting as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members

    • Your qualifications for this role include:

  • • 10+ years of relevant experience with prior industry experience

  • • Comprehensive knowledge of day-to-day activities of a product or process and basic understanding of the firm's various businesses and related economics

  • • Expertise in program management and strong Supplier and Vendor Management background (REQUIRED)

  • • Proficiency in GenAI skills with Testing and People Management experience (REQUIRED)

  • • Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred
