Role Overview:
As a commercially astute and operationally hands-on leader, your primary responsibility will be to build and own the Contract Staffing vertical at Peepal Consulting. This role entails understanding the volume-meets-margin dynamics of contract staffing, from growing a book of business to protecting the spread that makes it profitable. You will oversee the full P&L cycle, from initial client discussions to invoice reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
