Joining - Job Location : Chennai Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for IT Parks and commercial properties.

Support leasing activities, tenant onboarding, fit-outs, and occupancy management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and ensure high tenant satisfaction.

Oversee facility operations, including engineering, electrical, HVAC, fire & life safety, housekeeping, security, and utilities.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems.

Manage vendor Leasing agreements, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational budgets.

Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, energy management, and sustainability initiatives.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor KPIs to achieve business objectives.

Prepare MIS reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Preferred
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

15+ years of experience in IT Parks, Commercial Real Estate, Facility Management, or Operations.

Strong leadership, client management, leasing support, and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of commercial building operations, maintenance, and statutory compliance.
