The role requires close coordination with product, technology, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives in a fast-paced digital gaming environment. The CEO will translate the company's vision into executable strategies while ensuring scalability, compliance, and competitive positioning in the global e-gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute long-term business strategies to grow user base, engagement, and revenue within the e-gaming ecosystem.

  • • Lead product innovation strategy in collaboration with technology and design teams to enhance gameplay, features, and retention.

  • • Establish strong monetization frameworks including in-game economies, subscriptions, tournaments, and digital assets.

  • • Build and manage strategic partnerships with gaming studios, esports organizations, influencers, and technology providers.

  • • Drive marketing and brand positioning to establish BEX as a competitive and recognizable name in the global gaming industry.

  • • Implement robust compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management systems to ensure platform integrity and user trust.

  • • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and product improvements.

  • • Mentor and lead senior leadership teams to foster a high-performance, innovation-driven organizational culture.

  • • Represent the company in investor meetings, partnerships, and industry forums to secure funding and strategic alliances.

    • Required Skillset:

  • • Proven leadership experience in digital businesses, gaming platforms, tech startups, or high-growth online ecosystems.

  • • Strong understanding of e-gaming, esports, online communities, and digital monetization models.
