About the Role

Role Overview:
You are required to have 15 - 22 years of core manufacturing experience with exposure to plant leadership, specifically in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS environment (PCB / PCBA / SMT / Box Build / Wire Harness). Your responsibilities will include full plant ownership with independent operational accountability, focusing on cost optimization, yield improvement, and downtime reduction. You should have a strong track record in leading large factory teams (200-500+ manpower) and be an execution-driven leader with a strong factory-floor command. An engineering degree is mandatory for this role, while an MBA is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own end-to-end plant operations covering Production, PPC, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Maintenance.

  • • Drive daily production governance to meet output, cost, quality, and delivery targets.

  • • Lead manufacturing operations related to PCB / PCBA / SMT / Box Build / Wire Harness.

  • • Implement structured process optimization to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.

  • • Initiate cost reduction strategies focusing on materials, manpower, and overheads.

  • • Manage downtime and enhance asset utilization on manufacturing lines.

  • • Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.

  • • Lead and supervise a 200-500+ workforce with a strong presence on the factory floor.

  • • Strengthen coordination across production, supply chain, and quality functions.

  • • Ensure adherence to OTIF and enhance working capital efficiency. Role Overview:
