About The Function- Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 30,000. people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About The Team-(TE) About the role -(TE)

Role Purpose Lead end-to-end engineering design and execution of Diageo India’s CAPEX portfolio (₹200–300 Cr annually) across
bottling, process plants, distillation, utilities, infrastructure, safety . quality compliance, ESG and productivity initiatives . Deliver 50–60 multi-site projects OTIF while driving standardised engineering practices, frugal automation, digitisation, and future-fit manufacturing capabilities.
