About the Role
Role Overview:
As the Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing, you will be at the helm of our manufacturing operations in the Delhi NCR region, driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, plant managers, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless production, optimize resource utilization, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand, enhance profitability, and solidify our position as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan for manufacturing operations, aligning it with overall business objectives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability to maximize employee engagement and productivity.
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and supply chain management, to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage the P&L for the manufacturing division, monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to achieve budgetary targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure smooth operations and positive business outcomes.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale manufacturing operations, driving significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans, aligning manufacturing operations with overall business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment.
