About the Role

As a Vice President - Business Management (Enterprise Solutions) at Oaktree, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a $300m budget portfolio and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in enhancing operational effectiveness and financial discipline across business units. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Business & Financial Leadership: - Oversee a $300m budget portfolio to enable fact-based decision-making for business leaders. - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders. - Provide actionable variance analysis, scenario modeling, and financial insights to support executive decision-making.

  • - Enhance reporting frameworks for improved transparency and value-added insights.

  • Transformation & Operational Excellence: - Lead transformation and process optimization initiatives.

  • - Drive continuous improvement through automation, technology, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
    - Identify technology-enabled solutions to enhance reporting, analytics, workflow efficiency, and governance.
    - Implement sustainable change management frameworks for long-term transformation efforts.

  • Program & Project Leadership: - Lead cross-functional programs ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and objectives.

  • - Establish governance structures and performance metrics to track progress.
    - Manage working groups to drive initiatives from concept through execution.

  • Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: - Deliver performance reporting and scenario analyses for management.

  • - Build collaborative relationships across different functions.
    - Partner with leadership to reassess reporting needs and deliver value-added insights.

    Your competencies and experience should include expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance reporting. You should have a strong background in financial modeling, scenario planning, and using FP&A ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, your leadership attributes should include being a strategic thinker, self-starter, and results-oriented individual.

    Education & Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in financial services, GCC, or multinational environments.

  • • Masters degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field is a plus.
