As a Senior Assistant Vice President of Finance & Accounting Operations in a leading Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organization, you will be responsible for managing global service delivery for international clients in the US, UK, Ireland, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a large team of over 200 associates in end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations.• Drive operational excellence by ensuring SLA adherence, maintaining quality standards, and implementing productivity improvements.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global clients while effectively handling any escalations that may arise.• Spearhead transformation initiatives focused on automation, artificial intelligence, and process optimization.• Take ownership of commercial aspects including managing profit & loss, pricing strategies, margin analysis, and overseeing contract governance.• Support business growth through managing transitions, developing solutions, and implementing strategic initiatives.Required Profile:
• Possess 16-20 years of overall experience with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles.• Demonstrated experience in managing Finance & Accounting operations for international clients within KPO/BPM environments.• Strong familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, and Tally.• Proven track record in digital transformation, automation, and scaling operational processes.• Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in global client management, leading large teams, and driving Finance & Accounting transformation initiatives.
