Job Title: AVP Insurance Operation Transition (P&C)

Shift: 5:30 AM 2:30 PM

Market: US & North America

Role Overview:

Seeking a P&C Insurance SME to lead transition, solutioning, and growth of broker support operations for the US market. This role blends transition leadership, product thinking, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead end-to-end transition of P&C insurance operations (broker support)
  • • Drive solutioning, GTM inputs, and new business support (RFPs/proposals)
  • • Manage client relationships & stakeholder communication
  • • Ensure SLA delivery, quality, and operational excellence
  • • Identify opportunities for process improvement and new solutions
  • • Mentor teams and drive performance (Quality, TAT, Productivity)
  • Core Requirements:

  • • 12-15 years in US P&C Insurance operations
  • • Strong experience across pre-placement, placement & post-placement
  • • Exposure to broker support / transition / solutioning roles
  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving & executive communication skills
