Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales Strategy

  • • Develop and execute strategic plans for B2B sales, targeting key industries and high-potential market segments

  • • Own the complete sales lifecycle including

  • hunting, pitching, solutioning, and execution
  • • Maintain a strong and consistent sales funnel to ensure predictable revenue

  • • Achieve individual sales targets as well as drive the team to meet collective revenue goals, especially for

  • digital gift vouchers
    Enterprise Sales Growth

  • • Drive enterprise sales by identifying, engaging, and closing large corporate accounts

  • • Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across industries
  • Client Relationship Management

  • • Develop long-term client partnerships by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions

  • • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Market Analysis

  • • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis

  • • Identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and areas for differentiation
  • Sales Funnel Management

  • • Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure

  • • Ensure efficiency, transparency, and consistency in the sales process
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • • Work closely with

  • marketing, product, and technology teams
    to align sales strategies with product offerings
  • • Provide market feedback to influence product innovation and go-to-market strategies
  • Qualifications . Skill Set

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • • 10. years of proven experience in

  • B2B and enterprise sales
    within:

    Fintech / Payments, Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards, Loyalty . Rewards Platforms, and Retail / E- commerce ecosystems


  • • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets

  • • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal negotiations

  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
