Position: Vice President Revenue & Operations
Location: Delhi / Bangalore / Mumbai
Experience: 20+ Years

CTC: 50 - 70 LPA
Notice Period: Preference for Early Joiners

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and business expansion
Lead sales operations and large cross-functional teams
Develop and execute strategic sales and partnership initiatives
Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities
Manage key client and stakeholder relationships
Track sales performance, forecasting, and business metrics
Collaborate with leadership teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics); MBA preferred
20+ years of leadership experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations
Strong IT Product Sales background preferred
Proven track record in revenue growth and business scaling
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Criteria
Candidates must have managed a revenue/business portfolio of 50 Crore or more in their current or previous role.
