Role Overview:
You will be joining Wednesday Solutions as a Sales Director, responsible for bringing in new business for the company. Your role will involve owning full deal cycles, from the initial conversation to contract closure, with a specific focus on large engagements. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Demonstrate a strong command of the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 812 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within recruitment, staffing, or IT services companies.

  • • Proven track record of successful sales and leadership in similar industries.

  • • Experience in selling to key decision-makers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product, and CHROs.
