About the Role

As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst at TriNet in India, your role involves providing business and financial guidance to the management team through various planning and analysis activities. This includes preparing budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and analyses for assigned departments or members of the management team. You will also analyze strategic endeavors, new business opportunities, customer profitability, long-term forecasting, new product ROI, and other ad hoc projects as required. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts within specified timelines.

• Report on actual financial results against targets, analyze forecast variances, and provide guidance on future trends.

• Build detailed, automated forecast variance models for rapid and repeatable analyses of contractor headcount and costs by project.

• Participate in data mining and reporting of business unit KPI performance measures for Technology teams.

• Assist the FP&A team in preparing Quarterly Business Review materials covering KPIs, contractor and headcount costs by project, and quarterly projections vs. Plan and forecast.

• Develop expertise in navigating and recommending improvements to Fieldglass, ServiceNow, Tableau, and Anaplan applications.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis projects and prepare reports as directed by the management team.

• Track, investigate, report, and forecast technical contractor expenses by resource by extracting and reconciling data from multiple source systems.

• Other projects and responsibilities may be assigned at the manager's discretion.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

• Experience in a Public Company is preferred.

• Understanding of PEO business, CLTV, and CTS concepts and metrics is preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

• Anaplan and Tableau experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and precision are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to think creatively, self-motivated, and highly-driven.

• Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business environment while managing multiple priorities.
