About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Vice President Channel Sales at Transline Technologies Limited, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the overall channel sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, as well as strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive joint business plans and predictable pipeline growth. You will lead and mentor a channel-focused sales team, set performance metrics, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and go-to-market initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing partner enablement, coordinating co-marketing and co-selling activities, monitoring deal registration and forecasting, and collaborating closely with product, finance, and marketing teams. Additionally, you will conduct regular performance reviews, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and participate in industry events to expand the partner ecosystem and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifications:

  • • Proven expertise in Channel Sales and Channel Strategy, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing indirect sales ecosystems.

  • • Strong experience working with Channel Partners, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management.

  • • Demonstrated success in enterprise Sales and Account Management, ideally in technology, surveillance, security, or AI-driven solutions.

  • • Ability to develop data-driven go-to-market plans, set and manage revenue targets, and accurately forecast through CRM and reporting tools.

  • • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and coaching sales or channel teams toward ambitious growth objectives.

  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at an executive level both internally and externally.

  • • Familiarity with partner programs, incentive structures, MDF planning, and joint marketing activities.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

  • • Experience in surveillance, biometrics, security, or enterprise IT/AI solutions is highly advantageous.

  • • Willingness to travel as required to meet partners, customers, and attend industry events. Role Overview:
