Responsibilities

Industrialize metallic components (sheet metal and machined parts), sub‑assemblies, and assemblies for aero structure applications, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams (CFT) to deliver First Articles within customer‑agreed timelines while aligning all stakeholders with business objectives.

Coordinate with customers for new RFQs, project timelines, technical clarifications, and seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead and manage multiple engineering verticals, including Process, Sheet Metal, NC Programming, Tooling, Estimation, Special Processes, Configuration Management, Engineering Quality, and Assembly.

Ensure on‑time project completion as per customer commitments by monitoring progress, risks, and resource alignment.

Drive continual improvement on the shop floor, minimizing variation between estimated and actual cycle times to enhance operational efficiency.

Develop Operational baseline and control processes relating to work packages negotiated with various programs to include scope clarification & management, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and change authorization.

Manage the team across multiple concurrent packages and capable of handling, leading the team size of 120+.

Hands‑on expertise in materials, manufacturing processes, methods, and cost analysis to support engineering and production activities.

Leverage strong knowledge of emerging technologies—including equipment, methods, materials, process innovations, engineering change management, and configuration management—to strengthen organizational capability.

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical / Aeronautical with 20 - 22 years of experience.
