Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect / Developer to lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) , CMDB , CSDM , and Enterprise Architecture alignment . . Lead end-to-end architecture and technical solutioning for ServiceNow ITOM implementations across enterprise environments. Design and implement ITOM capabilities including:

Enterprise Architecture Alignment

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Application teams to map business capabilities, applications, services, and technical components into ServiceNow. This alignment is a common objective of CSDM and CMDB best practice efforts.

Governance, Leadership . Delivery
