Role Description
As the Head / President – IT Staffing at Inventurs, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT staffing operations, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, where you will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, build high-performing teams, and fulfill client requirements. The position also involves mentoring team members, ensuring operational efficiencies, and achieving organizational staffing goals.


Qualifications

  • • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee and inspire high-performing teams.

  • • Proficiency in IT Staffing processes, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.

  • • Experience in client relationship management, business development, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • • Skilled in strategic thinking, decision making, and problem-solving within competitive IT staffing industries.

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong network connections.

  • • Knowledge of emerging technologies, especially within AI and ML domains, is a significant advantage.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degrees are an added bonus.

  • • Proven experience in a similar senior-level leadership or IT staffing role is essential.
