Job Summary :

MRT Info Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring on behalf of a leading Middle East-based EPC organization setting up its Global Capability Center (GCC) in Chennai.

We are looking for a seasoned Group CIO to lead enterprise-wide IT strategy, operations, and transformation across multiple business units and subsidiaries. The role will be responsible for building a scalable, secure, and governance-driven IT ecosystem aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead enterprise IT operations, service management, and governance

- Build and institutionalize the Group IT operating model

- Own enterprise platforms including Oracle, ServiceNow, and Microsoft ecosystems

- Drive ITSM, ITAM, ITOM frameworks and maturity

- Ensure service stability, operational excellence, and performance governance

- Manage vendor ecosystem, managed services, and technology partners

- Lead digital transformation initiatives (Data, AI, Smart Technologies)

- Strengthen stakeholder engagement and executive reporting

- Drive standardization across group entities while balancing flexibility

Candidate Profile :

- 18+ years of experience in Enterprise IT / CIO / IT Leadership roles

- Strong exposure to enterprise-scale IT operations across multiple entities/geographies

- Proven experience in IT governance, service management, and transformation

- Hands-on experience with Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft platforms

- Experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Engineering / Energy domain preferred

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / related field

- Masters degree preferred

- Certifications in ITSM / ServiceNow / Oracle / Microsoft / Governance frameworks are a plus
