Role Overview:
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for providing strategic IT leadership, driving digital transformation, and ensuring IT operational excellence across the Group companys operations in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, and supply chain. Working closely with the top management, you will define and execute enterprise IT and digital transformation strategies, lead digital initiatives, and support scalable enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define, own, and execute the enterprise IT and digital transformation strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.• Partner with the Board, CEO, and C-suite leaders to drive technology-enabled business transformation.• Lead digital transformation initiatives across global supply chain, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.• Establish multi-year technology roadmaps covering core platforms, innovation, and modernization.• Provide end-to-end accountability for IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and compliance across the enterprise.• Establish and govern IT service delivery models, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.• Lead enterprise IT audits, risk management programs, and cybersecurity posture enhancement.• Sponsor and drive Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory programs including IoT, AI, robotics, and predictive analytics.• Enable omnichannel retail and superior customer experience through POS, CRM, loyalty, and digital engagement platforms.• Provide executive ownership of enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalents.• Own the IT procurement strategy including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and strategic partnerships.• Build and lead a high-performing global IT organization, focusing on leadership capability, succession planning, and workforce upskilling.• Champion enterprise change management for digital programs to ensure adoption and value realization.• Possess deep understanding of manufacturing operations, ERP systems, IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.• Demonstrate strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategy to enterprise goals.Qualifications Required:
• Bachelors degree in business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; Masters degree preferred.• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
