Job Details :

This role will be accountable for :

- Planning and execution of all business critical technology processes including design, development, enterprise & network architecture, security and disaster recovery etc.

- Strategic and tactical planning, product development and coordination of IT processes, systems and resources

- Aligning with business team to standardize and automate the current and new business requirements and processes

- Prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives at a fast pace and as per changing business environment

- Developing and implementing required organizational policies and standards from internal and external audit perspective

- Evaluating, recruiting, mentoring and managing team members. Work with them for their training needs and career development

- Managing all IT vendor relationships and partnerships

Skills Required :

- Thorough Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS, Android / iOS app development and Python.

- Proven track record of working on high traffic B2C digital businesses with focus on SEO, SEM and backend API based integrations.

- Good understanding of backend developments and algorithms

- Strong hold in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

- Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in dynamic environment

- Excellent project management skills to plan and monitor progress

- Experience in building large scale system designs

Other Skills

- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience (start-up experience would be a plus)

- Ability to build relationships both within the organisation and outside vendors / partners.

- Ability to focus on the big picture and at the same time also go deeper into details if required.

- Ability to develop and mentor high performing teams across the organization and focuses on accountability while maintaining high quality results

- Should be flexible and respond quickly as per business requirement and also drives to others toward a common goal.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Seeking a strong computer science graduate from tier 1 institute with prior hands on experience in technology and e-commerce startups.

Education :

UG : B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers

PG : MBA/PGDM - Information Technology, Systems

University : IIT/ IIM/ Business School/ University
