Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the growth strategy for the Green Hydrogen and Electrolyser business.

- Identify and develop opportunities across hydrogen production, green ammonia, green methanol, and industrial decarbonization projects.

- Build strategic relationships with EPC companies, utilities, OEMs, PSUs, and industrial clients.

- Lead tendering, proposal management, and techno-commercial negotiations for hydrogen projects.

- Drive electrolyser manufacturing scale-up, product strategy, and vendor ecosystem development.

- Establish partnerships with global technology providers and hydrogen ecosystem players.

- Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, order book development, and profitability.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.

- 20+ years of experience with at least 5 years in Green Hydrogen, Electrolyser technology, Oil & Gas, or EPC sectors.

- Strong exposure to hydrogen production technologies, large energy projects, and techno-commercial negotiations.

- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
