We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our rapidly growing Medical Technology company. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic vision, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and positioning the organization as a leader in digital healthcare solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience across Healthcare, Hospitals, Medical Technology, Information Technology, and Organizational Management, with a proven ability to scale businesses, lead multidisciplinary teams, build strategic partnerships, and ensure compliance within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the company's long-term strategic vision and growth roadmap.• Drive innovation in healthcare technology and digital medical solutions.• Identify emerging market opportunities and expand business operations nationally and internationally.• Lead organizational transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.Business Growth . Revenue
• Develop sustainable revenue models and business expansion strategies.• Identify strategic partnerships with hospitals, healthcare providers, insurance companies, pharmaceutical firms, and government agencies.• Drive investor relations, fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain market leadership.Healthcare . Clinical Collaboration
• Build strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.• Ensure the medical application aligns with healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and patient care standards.• Promote digital transformation initiatives across hospitals and healthcare organizations.• Understand hospital operations and identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes through technology.Technology . Product Leadership
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technology teams to define the product vision.• Oversee development of secure, scalable, and user-centric healthcare applications.• Promote innovation in AI, Telemedicine, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Electronic Health Records (EHR), Remote Patient Monitoring, and Digital Healthcare Platforms.• Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology governance standards are maintained.Operational Excellence
• Lead all business operations including Finance, HR, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Success, and Administration.• Establish KPIs and performance metrics across all departments.• Improve operational efficiency while maintaining high service quality.• Ensure effective risk management and business continuity planning.Organizational Leadership
• Build a high-performance leadership team.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Mentor senior executives and develop future leadership talent.• Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.Regulatory . Compliance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, medical device regulations (where applicable), and IT security standards.• Maintain adherence to applicable Indian healthcare laws and international best practices.• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate organizational risks.Financial Management
• Develop annual business plans and budgets.• Drive profitability and sustainable financial growth.• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.• Present business performance reports to the Board of Directors and investors.Stakeholder Management
• Represent the organization before investors, government authorities, healthcare associations, industry forums, and strategic partners.• Build strong relationships with customers, hospitals, regulatory bodies, and technology partners.• Enhance the company's brand reputation within the healthcare ecosystem.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Medicine, or related discipline.• Additional certifications in Healthcare Management, Digital Health, Strategy, or Leadership are preferred.Experience
• 15–20. years of progressive leadership experience.• Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role such as CEO, COO, Business Head, Managing Director, Executive Director, or Vice President.• Strong exposure to:• Healthcare Industry• Hospital Management• Medical Technology• Healthcare IT• Digital Health Platforms• Software Product Companies• HealthTech Start-ups or Growth-stage Companies• Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers, clinicians, and healthcare regulators.• Proven track record of scaling organizations and leading digital transformation initiatives.Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
