You will be working as a Principal Project Planner at Worley, collaborating closely with the existing team to deliver projects for clients while enhancing your skills and experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing the Level III Construction Programme for the project and reviewing and modifying the available Level III Programme as necessary.• Creating a Level IV schedule for critical areas or phases of construction.• Preparing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for construction and S curves for progress monitoring.• Finalizing progress reporting formats with the customer.• Reviewing tender/contract documents to understand construction planning requirements.• Collaborating with discipline engineers to review construction programs and resource deployment schedules submitted by contractors.• Obtaining approval for the contractor's schedule and resource deployment plan.• Monitoring work front status and progress of works by contractors.• Reporting construction progress periodically to the customer.• Assisting in monitoring the Worley internal budget for Construction Management.To be considered for this role, you should possess the following attributes:
• Job Specific Knowledge: Understanding of sequence of activities, durations, resource requirements, and progress monitoring methods for various construction activities. - Industry Specific Experience: 13-17 years of experience for Graduate Engineers/16-20 years of experience for Diploma Engineers in Oil & Gas Sector and Chemicals. - Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline. - HSE Capability: Knowledge of safe execution methods for construction activities. - IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera. - People Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal skills. - Other: Adaptable, open to learning, person of integrity, and good communication skills.
