Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategic roadmap and growth plan for the BESS business.

- Build and scale manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.

- Drive business development across utilities, renewable developers, EPC players, and C&I customers.

- Oversee manufacturing operations, project execution, and product development for energy storage solutions.

- Establish strong partnerships with OEMs, EPC contractors, utilities, and technology providers.

- Ensure compliance with global safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

- Manage full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Energy / Chemical); MBA preferred.

- 20+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles in energy storage, battery manufacturing, EV battery programs, renewable EPC, or power electronics.

- Strong understanding of grid-scale storage, lithium-ion batteries, or clean energy technologies.

- Proven experience in scaling manufacturing operations or leading large technology-driven businesses.

- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
