About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for owning and managing the full P&L for the business. Your role will involve leading and overseeing Production, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Commercial, Sales, and End-to-End Operations. You will drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and margin improvement across functions. Developing and executing business strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans will be a key part of your responsibilities. Ensuring seamless coordination between production planning, procurement, logistics, and sales to meet business targets will also be crucial. Additionally, you will lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contracts, and vendor management. Monitoring key operational KPIs, financial performance, and risk factors, and taking corrective actions where required will be part of your day-to-day tasks. Building, mentoring, and leading senior leadership teams across functions to drive accountability and performance is also expected. You will partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and long-term business planning.

  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 25 years of progressive experience in managing commercial and operations leadership roles

  • • Proven track record of P&L ownership and business turnaround or scale-up

  • • Strong expertise across Production, SCM, Commercial, Sales, and End-to-End Operations

  • • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and hands-on leadership style

  • • Excellent stakeholder management, decision-making, and leadership skills
