About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Digital Platform Manager at DBS Consumer Banking Group, your primary responsibility will be to drive the entire cycle of development and management of digital platforms for onboarding and customer journey enhancements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth launch, market positioning, and commercialization of various products. Your work will involve building and optimizing digital onboarding flows, owning CASA lifecycle components, partnering with engineering for platform services design, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Build and optimize digital onboarding flows for various types of accounts such as savings, salary, and zero balance accounts

  • • Manage assisted and unassisted customer journeys, including re-KYC, CKYC fetch, and document management

  • • Own CASA lifecycle components including account activation, funding, status tracking, and customer communication

  • • Partner with engineering to design scalable, resilient, and reusable platform services

  • • Drive adoption of event-driven architectures, APIs, and microservices

  • • Ensure high availability, low latency, and strong observability of the platform

  • • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as RBI, AML, KYC, CKYC, FATCA, and CRS

  • • Collaborate with various internal teams including Retail Banking, Digital Channels, Operations, Risk, and Compliance

  • • Act as the single-threaded owner for platform delivery, dependencies, and prioritization

  • • Manage multiple workstreams and releases in an agile environment
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Proven track record in financial services or banks, preferably in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services

  • • Strong experience in Savings Account onboarding, CASA products, or customer acquisition platforms

  • • Experience with API-based platforms, microservices, and workflow orchestration

  • • Ability to manage complex stakeholders and regulatory dependencies
