About the Role

Role Overview:
As Deputy Vice President - HRBP at the company, your primary responsibility will be to actively work with the CHRO to formulate and implement HR policies and provide timely solutions on people matters. You will play a crucial role in improving organizational structure and culture, providing change leadership, and talent management. Additionally, you will oversee and lead the complete talent management, talent development, performance management, and engagement strategy. Your role will involve implementing new policies, procedures, and programs in support of the business. You will be tasked with identifying trends and recommending solutions to enhance employee experience, engagement, performance, attrition analysis, and retention strategies. Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit and collaborating closely with zonal/regional teams on discussions with stakeholders will also be key aspects of your role.
