About the Role

As a Senior HR Officer at Company's Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in owning HR execution across multiple jurisdictions including the US, UK, EU, and India. Your responsibilities will include managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring employment-law compliance, overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR data privacy.

Role Overview: You will be the single accountable owner of day-to-day HR operations, reporting to the Chief Peoples Officer (CPO) who focuses on strategy. Your deep expertise in Indian HR compliance will be crucial, while you will also work with vendors for US, UK, and EU operations. You will be responsible for managing recruiters and agencies across all four jurisdictions, with a focus on the rapid growth of the India office. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the front-line people partner for employees across all locations, handling employee relations, grievance cases, disciplinary actions, and sensitive exits personally in India, and with local counsel support in the US, UK, and EU.

  • • Coach managers on performance conversations and team issues, manage the performance management cycle, and develop people programs to support company growth.

  • • Lead talent acquisition efforts in India, working on the hiring plan, managing recruiters and agencies, and coordinating hiring activities in other jurisdictions.

  • • Oversee HR operations and compliance specifically for the India team, including the full employee lifecycle, statutory filings, and payroll management.

  • • Supervise HR operations in the US, UK, and EU through vendors, ensuring compliance and engaging local counsel when necessary.

  • • Manage the HR tech stack, automate repetitive tasks, and apply AI tools to enhance HR and recruiting processes.

  • • Administer compensation and benefits across all four countries, ensure HR data privacy compliance, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Indian HR statutory compliance.

  • • Experience in payroll management in multiple countries and handling terminations in different jurisdictions.

  • • Strong vendor management skills and experience in employee relations.

  • • Fluency in HR technology, GDPR, and India's DPDP Act.

  • • Ability to make judgment calls and escalate to local counsel when needed.

  • • Fluent written and spoken English.
