About the Role
As a Senior HR Officer at Company's Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in owning HR execution across multiple jurisdictions including the US, UK, EU, and India. Your responsibilities will include managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring employment-law compliance, overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR data privacy.
Role Overview: You will be the single accountable owner of day-to-day HR operations, reporting to the Chief Peoples Officer (CPO) who focuses on strategy. Your deep expertise in Indian HR compliance will be crucial, while you will also work with vendors for US, UK, and EU operations. You will be responsible for managing recruiters and agencies across all four jurisdictions, with a focus on the rapid growth of the India office. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the front-line people partner for employees across all locations, handling employee relations, grievance cases, disciplinary actions, and sensitive exits personally in India, and with local counsel support in the US, UK, and EU.
Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Indian HR statutory compliance.
