About the Role

As a Business Accountability Specialist at Wells Fargo, you will play a critical global role within the Finance Strategic Risk Programs team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • • Designing/enhancing end-to-end processes and documentation to establish a holistic approach to the execution of Finances policy management and governance program

  • • Establishing transparent and collaborative relationships with policy and procedure owners, policy subject matter experts, and risk program teams

  • • Providing training/ongoing education to all levels of the Finance organization to support successful execution of Finance policy governance

  • • Supporting the Finance policy liaison team in handling all policy related matters within Finance

  • • Ensuring adherence to applicable policy requirements across all impacted Finance businesses

  • • Identifying appropriate subject matter experts for policy and procedure development and review

  • • Coordinating key activities across all phases of policy development and maintenance

  • • Driving better communication of policy governance across Finance through key reporting initiatives

  • • Executing delivery of policy management governance related regulatory and audit commitments

  • • Contributing to critical projects and forums at the Enterprise and Finance levels
  • Successful candidates for this role should possess:

  • • 4-7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience

  • • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
