About the Role

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Vice President in Credit Risk & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the success of the portfolio. Your main duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Manage Portfolio P&L KPIs and establish effective governance with banks & telcos to meet and exceed KPI targets.

  • • Utilize your experience in analyzing scorecards to drive strategic decisions.

  • • Develop portfolio tracking metrics and create reports with the support of the existing tech team.

  • • Create a credit strategy that aligns with the overall GTM strategy, focusing on customer eligibility and limit/exposure decisions throughout the customer loan life cycle.

  • • Collaborate with the business and product teams to enhance the customer journey, optimize communication, and drive engagement, credit education, and repayment through various digital channels.

  • • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in data extraction using SQL, Python, and Pyspark SQL within the Big Data Hadoop/Spark Stack environment.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics).

  • • Proven experience in credit risk management and portfolio analysis.

  • • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Pyspark SQL for data extraction and analysis.

  • • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
