As a Vice President within the Strategy and Operations Team of the Business Transformation department at Oaktree, you will play a crucial role in driving department priorities, aligning domains/areas of focus, and leading the end-to-end delivery of key projects/programs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Acting as a liaison and advisor to business, technology, data, and third-party vendors to drive strategic priorities and manage expectations effectively• Building and nurturing trusting relationships with stakeholders across functions• Managing multiple viewpoints from various business stakeholders to build consensus and achieve positive outcomes• Providing hands-on support to stakeholders, peers, and directs to facilitate idea transformation and progress monitoring• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting complex data and information in a consumable manner• Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) within the scope of your initiative responsibilities• Setting key performance indicators to measure project performance and outcomes• Managing multiple high-visibility initiatives with minimal oversight• Driving the operationalization of initiatives and tracking strategic initiatives through project scope management, deliverables, routines, and tasks• Creating and owning project plans, charters, and other necessary artifacts• Facilitating working sessions with business and technology stakeholders• Developing new processes in collaboration with the business and conducting trainings for the BAU team• Managing risk and issue resolution processes through collaboration with business leads• Growing and managing direct reports both professionally and in the successful delivery of their initiatives• Communicating effectively across different audiences and managing relationships at all levelsQualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, project management, change management, and/or business analysis within the financial services industry• Experience in consulting preferred, particularly in "Big 4" type organizations• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex problems• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and establishing structure in ambiguous situations• Proficiency in data manipulation, logical data structures, and tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira/Confluence, Monday.com, and VisioPersonal Attributes:
