About the Role

As the Project Manager for a construction/EPC company, your role will involve owning and driving the P&L for the project's portfolio to ensure profitability and cash flow management. You will lead the execution of all construction/EPC projects across various locations and establish robust project planning, scheduling, and monitoring systems. It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own and drive P&L for the project's portfolio

  • • Lead execution of all construction/EPC projects across locations

  • • Establish robust project planning, scheduling, and monitoring systems

  • • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

  • • Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and financial discipline across projects

  • • Implement strong project control systems (cost, risk, progress monitoring)

  • • Build and lead high-performing project teams across sites

  • • Manage client relationships, contract administration, and commercial negotiations

  • • Strengthen MIS, reporting, and review mechanisms for informed decision-making

  • • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and contractual requirements

  • • Identify business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

  • • Support business growth through execution capability and operational scalability
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale projects with P&L responsibility

  • • Strong expertise in project execution, contracts, cost control, and financial management

  • • Proven leadership experience managing multi-location project teams
  • This role will require someone with experience in managing projects of significant scale, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery and business growth.
