About the Role
As the Vice President - Employee Onboarding Experience Lead, your role is to deliver HR services and support to Company colleagues, candidates, alumni, and third-party vendors. You are accountable for various activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys, such as performance management, rewards, benefits, and learning operations documentation. Your responsibilities include:
In addition, as the Vice President, you are expected to contribute to strategy setting, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. You will plan resources, budgets, and policies, manage and maintain policies/processes, and deliver continuous improvements. If managing a team, you will define jobs and responsibilities, plan for future department needs, and counsel employees on performance.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders, managing and mitigating risks, and demonstrating leadership and accountability for risk management. You should have a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to contribute to achieving business goals and collaborate with other areas of work for business-aligned support.
