About the Role

As the Vice President - Employee Onboarding Experience Lead, your role is to deliver HR services and support to Company colleagues, candidates, alumni, and third-party vendors. You are accountable for various activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys, such as performance management, rewards, benefits, and learning operations documentation. Your responsibilities include:

  • • Delivery and execution of HR operational activities aligned with bank policies and regulations

  • • On- and offboarding of new employees, including orientation, documentation, coordination, and exit interviews

  • • Maintenance of colleague personal and reference data in relevant HR information systems

  • • Provision of guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and processes
  • In addition, as the Vice President, you are expected to contribute to strategy setting, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. You will plan resources, budgets, and policies, manage and maintain policies/processes, and deliver continuous improvements. If managing a team, you will define jobs and responsibilities, plan for future department needs, and counsel employees on performance.

    Furthermore, you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders, managing and mitigating risks, and demonstrating leadership and accountability for risk management. You should have a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions to contribute to achieving business goals and collaborate with other areas of work for business-aligned support.

    Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • • Experience in managing global Hiring and Onboarding processes

  • • In-depth understanding of background verification process, vendor management, and regulatory compliance requirements

  • • Expertise in Workday and Service Now applications

  • • Exceptional communication and influencing skills

  • • Ability to use data-driven insights to make decisions and drive improvements

  • • Basic AI knowledge and copilot skills
  • Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • • Relevant experience in the onboarding space in BFS domain

  • • Strong operations background, experience in process simplification, and managing large-scale transformations
